The production definitely earned a 6 out of 5 popcorn rating! We not only enjoyed watching the performance again but relived the whole amazing experience as a community. I am so proud of our kids and the way they responded to Vashti. They certainly put on an amazing show and also gained some incredible skills in the process. Our students gained enormous confidence, learned how to be part of a team, learned how to respect each other’s talents and how to make great new friends along the way.

Throughout the process, I met many parents from different grades who volunteered to sew costumes, make the dvd, be rehearsal parents, etc. I find myself very lucky and very fortunate to be part of a thriving community that is willing to share their time and incredible talents.

Many thanks to Vashti for your tireless enthusiasm and patience with our kids. You are an incredibly gifted teacher as well as artist! So many of our kids would not have had a chance to explore the theatre if you hadn’t been willing to bring your talents to our school. Now, it will be exciting to watch what these budding performers do with their new inspiration. Even if they don’t get an opportunity like this again, they will remember it forever and take their new sense of confidence with them wherever they go and to whatever they choose to do!

We are so thrilled to have an artist like you in our community Vashti! As my son said the very next day after the last performance, “When do we get do this again?”!!!
